Michael M. Massawa

Michael Massawa holds a Bachelors of laws degree from the University of Northampton (2009) as well as a Masters of Laws in International Trade Law and Intellectual Property from Nottingham Law School, (2012).

Mr Massawa has both local and overseas experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and has successfully transacted on behalf of high net worth clients in the United Kingdom on matters regarding legal compliance, property due diligence, preparation of commercial leases, and consolidation of titles.

Mr Massawa is also knowledgable in the areas of trust registration and documentation, tax compliance, acquisition of land, labour matters employment advise as well as handling legal compliance matters both locally and overseas.
